Cooking biryani needs time and patience it’s an elaborate dish which needs lots of preparation and hard work. Hathi Biryani Masala will work as an icing on the cake for gracing your recipe with unique taste and flavor. It can be used for all types of veg. biryanis like, Hyderabadi biryani, Kashmiri biryani, Lucknow biryani etc.
Boil 1 cup rice partly. Heat oil in a pan. Add 3 medium sliced onions and fry till golden. Add 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 5-6 chopped green chillies, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, and fry a little. Then add cut vegetables (½ cup shelled peas, ½ medium size cut cauliflower, 2 cut potatoes, 2 thin-cut brinjals) and Hathi Biryani Masala. Take another pan and grease its surface with oil. Add a layer of cooked rice. Add a layer of cooked vegetables on top of it. Add another layer of rice. Sprinkle coriander, mint, cumin, clove & green cardamom powder. Squeeze the lemon juice. Heat this assembly on a very low flame for 10-15 minutes. Mouthwatering vegetable biryani is ready to Serve.
