Soak the 250g Chickpeas overnight, cook it and keep it aside. Now take chopped onion and fry it in 4 table spoon oil until it turns into light brown color. Add 2 table spoon Hathi Chole Masala with chopped Tomato, Red Chilli, chopped Ginger and 1 cup of water and cook it well. Mix this gravy with boiled Chickpea. Add salt as per taste. Cook it until all the water gets consumed. Garnish with Onions, Coriander Leaves and Green Chillies. Serve the dish with Puri, Bhature, Bread, Chapati, Paratha or Naan.
