DAAL POORI ATTA 800GM
Graminway Daal Poori Atta is also popularly known as Bedawi poori, which is made of whole wheat flour, crushed lentils, and spices. It is normally served with aloo sabji.
Easy Method of Preparation
1. Take Daal Atta in a mixing bowl and add water. To make a soft dough for poori, add some oil while kneading, and rest the dough for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a kadhai.
3. Cut dough in small pedas and coat the rolling surface and rolling pin with a lot of oil. Deep fry poories and serve hot.
