Add oil and ghee to pressure cooker and heat it for a while. Add tej patta and onion rings, according to your taste. Fry the gravy till it turns transparent, add some garlic and ginger paste, let it fry for a minute. Add meat of your choice, Hathi Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Hathi Meat Masala, other spices and seasoning of your choice. Fry for 8-10 minutes till oil separates and it has a well fried look. Add fresh tomato puree. Mix it properly then add water and close the lid of cooker. Cook till 2 whistles and keep on low flame for 25 minutes. Garnish with green chilies and ginger strips.
